Arrested on warrant
WILMINGTON- While investigating an unrelated incident, police met with Troy Grant, 28, of Wilmington, at about 6:30 pm on Monday, July 9. Police say they found that Grant had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear for arraignment in Windham Superior Court on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Grant was processed at the Wilmington Police Department where he posted bail and was released on a citation to appear in court.
