PUTNEY- Don’t miss an evening of a chocolate making with Linda Stavely on Monday, March 5, from 6 to 9 pm.

In this cooking class, learn all about chocolate, including how to melt chocolate, the different types of chocolate, and when to use each. Stavely helped start the Common Ground restaurant in Brattleboro and has been teaching cooking classes in the Keene area for many years. Her classes are fun and informative.

The menu will consist of a chocolate fallen souffle cake, chocolate espresso pots de cream, salted caramels dipped in dark chocolate, chocolate cups, hot fudge sauce, fruit dipped in different chocolates, and chocolate-coated bacon, pretzels, and crackers. Wine will be served for those 21 years old and older. Please let the instructor know of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
