Concert to benefit family

WARDSBORO- On Saturday, January 27, from 2 to 5 pm, the community of Wardsboro will host an afternoon of music to benefit the Cutts family, who lost members of their family in a fire in Brookline. Another family member remains in a hospital. The benefit is being held in memory of Elizabeth Cutts and her father, Bruce Cutts, and will honor Sally Harris Cutts, mother and wife.

The benefit will be held in the Wardsboro Town Hall, with admission by donation. Refreshments will be offered, also by donation.

Musicians include Alan Bills, Jimmy Knapp, Chuck Hamby, Ned Phoenix, Mary Beth Porter, Liz and John Wheeler, Kathy Meeks, Big Marv Bentley, Little Marv Bentley, Dennis Waring, and many others, performing bluegrass, country, gospel, jazz, and more. Pete Carlson will emcee.
