Watercolor by Jane May Jones.
Watercolor by Jane May Jones.
WILMINGTON- Artist Jane May Jones is excited to announce a watercolor gathering at Boyd Family Farm on August 5, from 1 to approximately 4 pm.

Spend the afternoon creating a watercolor painting for only $30 per person. No experience is necessary and Jones will supply all the materials. Everyone goes home with a beautiful miniature painting! The subject matter will be a tropical beach sunset.

Everyone has an inner artist and can create art when given the right tools and is taught the watercolor techniques most often used.

Jones has been painting professionally with watercolors for nearly two decades and is now excited to be teaching others the skills and techniques. Jones is passionate about her art, teaching, and coaching. Her work features local scenes as well as many architectural elements. Her love of gardening shows in her work, with many pieces often containing a splash of color from a tub of flowers or an overflowing window box.
