WARDSBORO- Jenna May Konesko, well known artist and craft person, is the Wardsboro Public Library’s artist of the month for April.  Konesko works in varied mediums, including lino block printing.  Most of her images are of Vermont wildlife, songbirds, gardening, and the New England seasons. These images appear on cards, prints, cloth bags, pillows, dolls, and jewelry. Konesko has studied nature and art in college in New England and Hawaii, at arboretums and public gardens throughout New England and New York, as well as at butterfly conservatories.  She currently lives in Wardsboro with her husband Kevin.

Join in at the Wardsboro Public Library, 170 Main Street, on Saturday, April 22, at 1 pm. Konesko is pleased to provide a demonstration of lino block printing at that time.  Her art will be on display in of April during library hours:  Monday, 10 am to 1 pm; Tuesday and Wednesday, 2 to 7 pm; Thursday, 10 am to 1 pm; and Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm.
