ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL- Ronald C. Turner, 71, of Royal Palm Beach, died on January 28. He is survived by his wife, Joann (Annichiarico) Turner; his son, Ron Turner; three grandchildren; his brother, Robert “The Bird Man” Turner, of Delray Beach, FL; and his sister, Pamela Turner, of New Jersey.

Mr. Turner and his brother Bob “Bird Man” loved Vermont and the cabin they built on Whites Hill Road in East Dover, VT. Mr. Turner held a special place for all the locals in East Dover.
