PUTNEY- Next Stage Arts Project presents Sean Altman’s “Jewmongous” on Friday, December 23, at 15 Kimball Hill Road. The show will start at 7:30 pm.

Sean Altman, writer of the unkosher comedy song concert “Jewmongous,” is a former, founding member of Rockapella and led that pioneering vocal group through its heyday years on the Emmy-winning PBS-TV series, “Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?” for which Altman wrote the famous theme song. His classic Passover song “They Tried To Kill Us (We Survived, Let’s Eat)” has been featured on NPR’s Fresh Air with Terry Gross.

Guest performers on this tour are Cynthia Kaplan and Michael Hunter. Prudish parental advisory: “Jewmongous” welcomes all faiths and creeds but is not appropriate for children unless they’re being trainedto be sailors.

Admission for the event is $20. For more information call (802) 387-0102 or visit www.nextstagearts.org, or www.jewmongous.com.
