To the Editor,

The Rotary Blueberry Pancake breakfast set a new record. The Deerfield Valley Rotary served a truly delicious breakfast to 360 people before the Blueberry Festival Parade began. This would not have been possible without the incredible efforts of Sandy McDougal and his amazing staff at Layla’s Riverside Lodge. With support and donations from the Matterhorn Inn, River Valley Market, and the Hermitage, the Rotary team scored a record-breaking breakfast event.

Donations from this breakfast will go to Rotary scholarships and other community support efforts in the Deerfield Valley.
