TOWNSHEND –Grace Cottage Hospital’s eighth Tour de Grace bicycle rally will be held on Saturday, July 13; riders start at Stratton Mountain anytime between 8 and 10 am, and ride at their own pace to Grace Cottage Hospital in Townshend. Bus transportation is provided by Stratton to return riders and their bikes back uphill to the mountain. It’s a scenic, mostly-downhill ride for family and friends, and the event also helps to raise money for patient care at Grace Cottage Hospital.

So round up the family, come and enjoy the beautiful scenery, get some exercise, and help support Grace Cottage Hospital! Sponsors include Stratton, Stratton Village Square Shops, Solstice at Stratton, Equipe Sport, D&K’s Jamaica Grocery, Three Mountain Inn, and Howard Printing.

Volunteers will be stationed along the 19-mile route from Stratton Mountain to Grace Cottage Hospital to provide free beverages, snacks, and even musical entertainment. Free T-shirts will be given to the first 100 riders who sign up. Preregistration cost is $25 or $30 on the day of the event. Information and online registration is available at www.gracecottage.org/events or call (802) 365-9109.
