To the Editor,

An enthusiastic “Thank you” to everyone that has supported the effort to bring the eighth annual Independent Television and Film Festival (ITVFest) to the valley; specifically to the Dover Selectboard and the Dover Economic Development Committee, Jim Barnes, and the Hermitage Club, WKVT 92.7, Woodchuck Hard Cider, Honora Winery, Richards Insurance, People’s United Bank, Rich and Laurie Caplan (Dover Forge/OMT), Paul Donohue (The Last Chair/Fiddleheads), The Deerfield Valley Rotary Club, Bobby Edwards, The Silo, The Deerfield Valley News, and the dozens of local vendors for their financial and material support.

The only way ITVFest was ever going to be a success here was if the community put their money and energy behind it – and you have. I cannot thank you enough for all you have done so far and for the commitments you have made going forward. While we have crossed the initial funding hurdle to bring ITVFest to the valley, the festival still needs everyone’s support going forward to make it as impressive as it is capable of being. From buying tickets to donations to volunteering, I hope that everyone in the valley chooses to support ITVFest.

With much gratitude,

Philip Gilpin Jr., Executive Director, ITVFest
