WILMINGTON- Vermont artist Jane Ann Kantor is now exhibiting at Gallery Wright’s new primary location at 103 West Main Street (near the Vermont Bowl Company and John McLeod Ltd.) Five years ago, Kantor, a nurse, wife, and mother, faced a debilitating health diagnosis. At that moment, Kantor’s twinge was letting go of her artist self decades ago. With courage, determination, and a willingness to take the first step back to her creative self, Kantor took up painting again. Today, not only is Kantor healthy, she is also the artist of her dreams and the artist she was meant to be.

Kantor’s optimistic spirit radiates through her artwork. Bold use of color is combined with delicately rendered ravens and mysteriously intriguing numerals in a Kantor canvas.
