Holiday concert

DOVER- Come and enjoy a bit of holiday cheer. MHCA, formerly Memorial Hall Center for the Arts, invites all to a community holiday concert and carol sing on Sunday, December 9, at the Dover Town Hall on Holland Road, beginning at 3 pm. There is no charge for admission or refreshments.

Performing instrumentalists will be Barbara Lipstadt, pianist, Robin Matathias, flute, Pedro Pereira, cello, and Maximo Matathias, trumpet. Vocal soloists will be Meredith Ross, soprano, Hillary Smith, alto, and Francis Alfieri, baritone. Also performing will be the Valley Dolls, a women’s a capella singing group, directed by Sue Maddern, and a flute quartet, directed by Robin Matathias.

Following the performance the audience will be invited to participate in the singing of Christmas carols and popular holiday songs.
