Children enjoying Garlic and Herb Festival.
BENNINGTON- That aroma of herbs and garlic in the air in and around Bennington is coming from the popular Southern Vermont Garlic and Herb Festival.

On August 30 and 31, more than 150 vendors, garlic farmers, foods, beer tent, and garlic products will be in the field in front of the shops at Camelot Village on the west end of Route 9. There will be activities for the children and live music.

The gate opens at 10 am and the vendors close at 5 pm. Service pets are accepted on the property. Parking is free. Admission is still only $5 for adults and $1 for the under 12 set. Visit for more information.
