To the editor,

The Whitingham and Jacksonville Green Up Day was a great success! We had a large turnout of volunteers including many hard-working children. We greened up most of the roads in Whitingham and Jacksonville. Thank you to all the volunteers who came out to help clean up our town. Thank you to the Jacksonville General Store for donating fresh, hot doughnuts and to the Vermont Coffee Company for their coffee donation. Thank you to the Whitingham-Jacksonville Lions Club for providing a delicious lunch. Thank you to Stan Janovsky and the Whitingham road crew for their help collecting all the green bags.

Thanks again to all who came out to help; you help to keep this town a wonderful place!

Sincerely, Todd and Aysha Wahlstrom

Whitingham
