WILMINGTON- Taylor A. Squindo, 20, a resident of Route 9, died Thursday, January 17, at her home. Ms. Squindo was born in Summit, NJ, on May 28, 1992 the daughter of Frank and Valerie (Nimtz) Squindo. She attended Twin Valley Middle School, graduated from Twin Valley High School class of 2010, and was working as a sales clerk for Shaw’s Supermarket at the time of her death. While at Twin Valley, she was a member of the drama society, played basketball, and lacrosse. She was also a member of International Thespian, Troop 7111. She recently took interest in photography and enjoyed shopping. Ms. Squindo cherished times spent with her family and friends and everyone she came into contact with.

Ms. Squindo is survived by her parents Frank and Valerie Squindo, of Wilmington, her brother Michael A. Squindo, of Wilbraham, MA; her maternal grandmother Carlin Nimtz, her paternal grandparents Janice and Balcom Parcells; aunts Diane (Teta) Moriarty and her husband Tom, of Rockaway, NJ, Peg Thern and her husband Jeff, of Ocean City, NJ, and Terry Smith and her husband Lloyd, of Sanford, NC; uncles Steve Nimtz, of Colorado, Phil Nimtz and his wife Susan, of Silver Spring MD, John Nimtz and his wife Kaori, of Cupertino, CA, Harry Squindo and his wife Gail, of Old Bridge, NJ, Mark Squindo, of Champaign, IL, Geoffory Parcells, of Los Angels, and Dayton Parcells and his wife Amiee, of Los Angeles; cousins Scot and Cara Moriarty, of Rockaway, NJ, Courtney and Steven Thern, of Ocean City, NJ, Morgan Nimtz, of Silver Spring, MD, Sean Nimtz, of California, Jimmy Timmons and Matthew Squindo, of Old Bridge, NJ; and Gillian Parcells, Gavin Parcells, Garett Parcells, Genoese Parcells, Zoe Parcells, and Lillian Parcells, of Los Angeles.

Funeral services for Ms. Squindo were held on Tuesday, January 22, at 11 am at Covey-Allen & Shea Funeral Home at 44 East Main Street.
