DOVER- Golfers in the valley have been ready to get out on the local links this spring. They won’t have to wait any longer, as the Mount Snow Golf Club opens Friday, May 18.

JACKSONVILLE- The Whitingham-Halifax Lions Club annual fishing derby will be held Saturday, May 19, from 9  to  11 am at the brook by the Whitingham Municipal Center in Jacksonville. The brook will be stocked by the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife. There will be prizes and refreshments.

DOVER-  On Friday, June 8, the Deerfield Valley Rotary will present the second annual Putt and Pour Tournament at the Mount Snow Golf Club.  This event is an 18 hole scramble, consisting of four people per team.
At 1 pm, teams of four will begin at various holes for the putting competition...
