DEERFIELD VALLEY- For families who live in Wilmington, Whitingham, Halifax, Readsboro, Stamford or Searsburg, the Windham Southwest Supervisory Union offers a preschool screening for any 3-, 4-, or 5-year-old who is not currently enrolled in the Twin Valley Elementary School preschool program.

The purpose of this screening is to give parents information about their child’s readiness skills, speech and language development, and motor skills.

To set up an appointment to have a preschool age child screened call (802) 464-1300, ext. 123. If no one is available to take your call, please leave name, telephone number, and a brief message. Melanie Boyd, early education outreach teacher or Kathy Rapp, ECSE Coordinator, will return the call as soon as possible. There is no charge for this screening, which is sponsored by the Windham Southwest Supervisory Union.
