To the Editor,

The Trails Committee would like to thank The Dover Daisy troop #51403 for their recent work on the Hoot, Toot, & Whistle trail. Daisies are the youngest Girl Scouts, in kindergarten and first grade.

Eight Daisy scouts and their leader, Meg Staloff, together with trails committee member Ann Ottaviano cleared deadfall and litter from the trail and identified where chainsaw work was needed.

Crista Gannon,

on behalf of the Wilmington Trails Committee
