To the Editor,

I want to thank Philip Gilpin Jr. for allowing Dover School students to showcase their docudrama, “Triumph and Tragedy: A Civil War Anthology,” on the opening night of the ITVFest. Our students were in awe of the venue, the atmosphere, and the enthusiastic crowd reaction to their well-crafted production.

I also want to thank Gilpin for providing a model of 21st century skills in action. He is a master motivator, collaborator, problem solver, and risk-taker. He embodies the skills that we are trying to teach our students each and every day.

Sincerely,

Bill Anton, Principal
