WILMINGTON- The New Year is often associated with resolutions to lead a healthier lifestyle. If looking for an exercise program that works and is fun, diverse, affordable, and safe for all ages and abilities, don’t look any further than right here in the Deerfield Valley. Valley Fitness, located at the Vermont Valley Tae Kwon Do Studio in the Shaw’s Plaza in Wilmington, is hosting a free open house on Sunday, January 13, from 1 to 3 pm, in order to showcase the variety of exercise classes they offer to the community. A mix of fitness and martial arts classes will be held continuously throughout the afternoon, including Zumba, cardio kickboxing, step, Pilates, tae kwon do, women’s self defense, and yoga. Come for the classes you’re interested in or the entire two hours. Healthy snacks will be provided, and membership coupons will be raffled throughout the afternoon. Bring water, towel, and carry in a clean pair of sneakers for working out.
