BOYNTON BEACH, FL- Celia “Cele” Weissman, 71, of Boynton Beach, and Wilmington, VT, died at home surrounded by her family on July 28, after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ken, her children, Allison and Adam, and her brother Roy.

Mrs. Weissman had lived at times in Ellenville, NY; New York City; Highland Mills, NY; Avon, CT; Boynton Beach; and Wilmington, VT. In each location she was involved in community activities, including politics, Girl Scouts, Habitat for Humanity, and others. Professionally, she was a computer programmer, but her true love was friends and family, gardening, and travel. She was a member of the beautification committee in Wilmington, VT, active in the Community Garden as well as an avid golfer. To all who knew her, she was known for her passion, her ‘spunkiness,’ and her intelligence.

Gifts may be made to the Wilmington Beautification Committee Capital Fund.
