To the Editor:

The DeerfieldValley Health Care Volunteers would like to thank all who shopped at our booth at the recent Bright Lights Fair at Memorial Hall. Our Vermont products raffle basket was won by Janet Henry, of Wilmington. We thank Carl Boyd, Shearer Hill Farm, Wilmington Candle Co., VermontVentures of Halifax, Mountainside Gallery, Jane May Jones, and all the others who contributed to the raffle basket.

We especially want to thank Al Wurzberger of the 1836 Store for allowing us to borrow two of his “dogs” to model our dog collar ruffles. The adorable dogs were a hit with children and adults alike.

Our organization appreciated the opportunity of participating in such a successful community event.
