To the Editor,

The Board and staff of Health Care and Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont would like to express our appreciation to the residents of the towns in Windsor and Windham counties who voted in support of HCRS’ town funding requests at their recent Town Meetings.

This critically important town funding helps to support HCRS’ walk-in clinics (located in Brattleboro, Bellows Falls, Springfield, and Hartford) and allows us to ensure services for all citizens who need them, despite the financial challenges they may face.

Our thanks go out to the following Vermont towns for voting in support of HCRS’ programs and services: Andover, Athens, Barnard, Bethel, Brattleboro, Chester, Dover, Dummerston, Grafton, Guilford, Halifax, Hartford, Hartland, Jamaica, Landgrove, Londonderry, Ludlow, Marlboro, Newfane, Norwich, Plymouth, Pomfret, Putney, Reading, Royalton, Sharon, Stratton, Townshend, Wardsboro, Weathersfield, West Windsor, Westminster, Weston, Whitingham, Windham, Windsor, Wilmington, and Woodstock.

Without the generous support received from each of these towns, HCRS wouldn’t be able to provide these critical services.

Judith Hayward

Chief Executive Officer
