To the Editor,

Last night was the last of four hearings, totaling approximately nine hours over the past five months, with the Wilmington Development Review Board for presenting my new Ann Coleman “Ark” Gallery, designed by Linesync Architecture and Steven’s Engineering whom I’ve had the privilege of working with over the last year.

“This project has more documentation than Haystack’s project” we were told by the DRB last night. Goes to show, it’s not easy doing business in a historic district in the flood plain.

So much work was tossed in the lake in a matter of minutes, and so much work left to do to get our town back to full capacity.

I would like to tell each and every member of the Wilmington DRB that I appreciate the time and service you give to this community. I hope you will all find ease and clarity in aligning the town’s building and design criteria with this project. I truly feel this building we have proposed will do this town proud for generations to come.

Ann Coleman
