The Steampunk Circus Comes to Springfield!

On September 23rd and 24th, the Hartness House Inn in Springfield, VT will come alive with a Steampunk Circus Spectacular!  The 3rd annual Springfield Steampunk Festival has run away with the circus!

Come experience Karnevil; a dynamic sideshow bringing you death-defying escapes, astounding acts of skill, classic sideshow fare, ridiculous games, and amazing presentations on macabre Victorian subject matter. The Karnevil crew delivers above and beyond any mortal expectations!  

New England Center for the Circus Arts (NECCA) students from the youth troupe and professional program will bring jugglers, acrobats, contortionists, stilt walkers, clowns!

The festival has so many other incredible events and activities! Tons of great bands including the world famous cello-based rock band Rasputina and the amazing Long Losts! Also returning is one of last year’s favorites, The King’s Busketeers.

Lightsaber dueling with the Granite State Saber Academy!  Come learn your new favorite Steampunk board games with Dark Mountain Games! Challenge your friends in our tea duel!

Bring your kids to partake of some really fantastic games & arts!  Show off your costume in our Calliope Steam Fashion Show! Try exotic absinthe with our world-renowned absinthe expert! Take a tour of the tunnels and telescopes of the eccentric Hartness’ mansion with Stellafane! Race your teapot racer or cheer them on! There’s so many vendors, presentations, shows and more!!
